As part of this commitment, we're pleased to open our doors for one week in the Spring Holidays to students in their first year at university (or second year on a four-year course). Conducted jointly with Barclays Capital (our investment banking business), it's a unique opportunity for you to see how both wealth management and investment banking really work. It will also help you develop your skills and be better prepared to apply for our internship and graduate programmes.
You'll hear about each business area (Wealth, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, Structuring, Research and Prime Services) from those who know it best - our business professionals. Gaining insight into the broad range of opportunities available, you'll network with new graduates and senior staff members alike during an intensive week of work shadowing, workshops and interactive skill sessions. And, of course, we'll have a bit of fun along the way.
