to create our own leads. So we expect our Private Bankers to take a
proactive approach to building their own client base. It's about
turning deals into successful relationships, and prospects into
long-standing clients.
Our Private Bankers start by considering how best to position
the bank, to deliver our key propositions and tailor our approach
to individual needs. Conducting a rigorous assessment enables them
to gain an in-depth understanding of their new client's financial
personality and investment objectives. Then, with a comprehensive
range of investment products and services to work with, they can
begin to guide the client towards a personalised portfolio. And, to
enable their clients to achieve their long-term wealth goals, they
carry out regular reviews to adjust their portfolio in light of
changing needs and new product developments.
