Ideally, you’ll have: 

• An exceptional academic profile
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, combined with analytical capabilities
• Work experience, ideally in a customer / client service position
• A good degree in any subject
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to travel/live abroad for a short period – due to the rotational aspect of the programme you’ll spend at least six months in an international office
• Language skills (English is our business language but we highly value additional languages from candidates, particularly Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, French and Spanish)

Key amongst them are confidence and the ability to challenge the status quo, a structured and methodical approach to work, together with a talent for problem solving and a focus on outcomes, and a creative and curious nature. Client relationship skills / ability to build rapport instantly / ability to communicate with people from a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds.
