HITCN Award
In September 2008 Barclays Wealth won the ‘Here Is The City News’ (HITCN) Award for the best financial services graduate recruitment and development programme, beating many of the big names in the Private and Investment Banking industry.
An independent panel of six judges from around the industry judged the award. The panel were very impressed with the graduate recruitment and development offering of Barclays Wealth and commented: “Barclays Wealth had equal strength in both the recruitment and development of graduates and had a clear commitment to both initial training for new joiners, and ongoing development and retention. Barclays Wealth is leading the Wealth Management field in the area of graduate development.”
